Impression Very Fine. Superbly executed "bokashi" shading to blues and multi-colored lotus leaves; nicely over-print falling rain; much fine detailing. (Tiny verso stamping "Made in Japan.")
Condition Excellent. Wide margins, clean backside.
(Lower/right corner missing; slight toning.)

Comments Amoung the finest examples of "bokashi" shading we've ever seen--Soseki was a contemporary of Koson, producing exquisite "kacho-e" prints of the highest quality. Very rarely seen.
