Technique Painting itself is colored inks on silk.
Mounting Size Entire "kakejiku" (hanging scroll) is 22 1/8 x 84 1/2 overall.
Mounting Details Tanish silk (artwork) mounted on green patterned silk; narrow silk "ichimonji" brocade top/bottom; matching silk brocade hanging "futai" at top; IVORY end-pieced bottom roller.
Condition Excellent. Overall light wear and a very few faint spots. Slight curling, typical of scroll mounts.
Comments A very nicely done painting of a large "jungle crow" perched on the branch of a persimmon tree--nicely mounted as a hanging scroll. A unique, true one-of-a-kind artwork.
