Mounting Details Light tanish silk (artwork) mounted against cloud-patterned yellow-tan silk; silver flower-patterned tan silk "ichimonji" brocade top/bottom; tanish ceramic end-pieced bottom roller.
Condition Nearly Excellent.
(Few tiny scattered spots.) Quite clean. Hangs very nicely.
Comments A beautifully hand-painted artwork, with very life-like depiction of tiger--nicely mounted as a hanging scroll. Exceptional brushwork and grey "sumi"-shading to sky behind. A unique, truly one-of-a-kind artwork. A LARGE piece.
